Please check in at the registration desk to collect your delegate badge.​

Is there a cloakroom?​​

There is a cloakroom, but it is a self-service cloak and bag store, so items are left at your own risk.​​

​How can I ask questions in the session?​

We will be using the online Q&A platform, slido. You can join the conversation using the event code: #Indie24 and the room codes are “Indie Stream 1” & ”Indie Stream 2”.​

Is there parking at the venue?​

There is no parking available on-site at 1 Wimpole St, but there are limited street parking spaces available in the surrounding area, as well as numerous car parks close by.​

Toilet facilities:

There are toilets and accessible facilities located close to the auditoriums. The accessible toilet located on the ground floor is adjacent to the Atrium.​

Smoking:​

The venue operates under a strict non-smoking / vaping policy in all areas. Delegates and guests should please refrain from smoking / vaping on the pavement directly outside the doors.
