Venue
The event takes place on Tuesday 30 September 2025 at BFI Southbank, London, SE1 8XT. Registration and networking is in BFI Riverfront, so arrival use that entrance on the actual river front side, Queens Walk under Waterloo Bridge at street level - this entrance is step-free.
Train/Tube: The nearest stations are Waterloo (South Bank exit), Embankment and Charing Cross (cross Hungerford Bridge to reach the South Bank).
Bus: Many buses serve the Waterloo area.

FAQs
Where do I go on arrival?
Delegates should enter via the Riverfront on the River Thames Queen's Walk. Please check in at the registration desk to collect your delegate badge.
Is there a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom for the event at the venue located in the corridor between NFT1 and the BFI Cafe.
What is the dress code?
Smart-casual.
I can't attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on tickets, we do accept name changes if you can get a replacement.
I can't attend, can I pass my ticket to a colleague?
Yes, please send on the name, job title, company and email address of your replacement to ScreenSummit@Screendaily.com by Friday 26th September.

How can I ask questions in the session?

Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is available under the National Theatre (off Upper Ground), or at APCOA South Bank. Congestion charges will apply.
Toilet Facilities:
There are toilets outside NFT1, between the NFT1 doors and The Riverfront.
Disabled Access:
All entrances are accessible. At The Riverfront there is step free access into the building and through to NFT1, and guests would need to use the lift in the NFT1/2 corridor to head to the cloakroom. For the drinks reception in the Balcony Bar, there is a lift to access the space.
